Sealift Schedule & Carrier Changes
EPLS Freight Forwarding coordinates sealift shipments through third-party marine carriers, selected based on service availability and destination. Sailing schedules, vessel assignments, and cargo movements are subject to change at the carrier’s discretion and are outside EPLS’s direct control. EPLS will make reasonable efforts to notify customers promptly of any material changes impacting their shipment.

Inland Delivery Limitations
Inland Delivery Services are subject to weather conditions, seasonal constraints, early vessel departures, and operational limitations in northern communities. EPLS does not guarantee inland or final-mile delivery timelines, and service interruptions may occur without prior notice.

Cargo Insurance Responsibility
Customers are strongly advised to purchase cargo insurance for sealift shipments. If insurance coverage is declined, EPLS Freight Forwarding shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, delay, or shortage of cargo, except where required by applicable law. Uninsured shipments move at the customer’s sole risk.
