As a newcomer to Canada, I am grateful for the opportunity and trust that EPLS gave me when they hired me as part of their Human Resources Department. As if that was not enough, EPLS supported and encouraged my goal to learn and pursue a career in Canadian Payroll. They provided financial assistance for the required courses as well as offered special projects so I can gain hands-on experience necessary to become a Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner.
With my degree in Human Resources and my past work experience, I was able to land an opportunity with EPLS Group of Companies as a Human Resources Assistant. EPLS has helped me develop my skills and knowledge in a human resources generalist role. I am continually gaining hands on experience, and learning all facets of HR. I am more confident in my skills and abilities as an HR professional with the ongoing support that EPLS provides.
